Payment Terms:

For Finished Wendy Houses

60% deposit before we start the project
35% payment when the structure is up
5% final payment when the project is completed (for complete houses with plumbing, electrical and ceiling)

For structure shell projects only (without inside finishes):

60% deposit before we start
40% payment when the project is completed

We also have the option for the client to pay the full amount when we arrive on site with all materials.

Floor Options

Wooden Pallet Floor

The structure has no permanent foundations. A strong, wooden, pallet like construction is used to make a strong, inflexible floor, which is then placed on bricks to raise it from the ground.

Concrete slab floor

Your unit is build on top of a laid, concrete slab. This creates a more solid structure with a permanent foundation- perfect for wendy houses that are to be used as dwellings.

Roof Options

Flat pitched roof

The roof of the wendy house slopes from one end to the other (normaly across the width of the unit). A slight angle allows for water run off.

Pitched Roof

Classic a-framed roof structure that has the apex down the center of the building. This option has a higher pitch angle allowing for better water run off.

Interiors & Fittings

Interior walls and ceilings

Plaster boarding of the interior walls, creation of interior partitions, plaster boarding or ceilings all create a cosier, tidier, cleaner interior for your wendy house, turning it into a habitable space.

Plumbing

Our team of qualified plumbers can install anything from a simple tap to a fully equiped living space with bathroom and kitchen, all linked into municiple infrastructure.

Electrical

Our team of qualified electricians provide fully certified electrical installs from simple lights to a fully equiped living space, with plug points, light fittings, distribution boards etc.

Doors and windows

Our standard units use wooden doors and window frames. You can upgrade this to durable, low maintenance aluminium doors and windows.
